The return process took longer than I expected, it felt like more hassle than it was worth. I get that returns need some rules, but a simpler, faster process would make a lot more sense for customers.

I ordered from The Healthway Store once and everything did show up fine, though it took a little longer than I expected. As someone who’s careful about buying health-related stuff online, I didn’t feel totally ready to trust it without doing a bit more checking first. The site looks okay overall, but I’d probably double-check the details before ordering again.

I spent some time browsing The Healthway Store, and overall it worked fine for me. The pages loaded without any major issues, and I was able to find a few products I was interested in without too much effort.
That said, my experience wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. Some parts of the layout felt a little crowded, and I had to click around more than I expected to figure out where things were. It’s not a bad site, but from my perspective, it could be more straightforward to shop on.

I wasn’t totally sure at first, but it turned out fine. Price was fair and the stuff I got was better than I expected, decent quality for sure. Shipping wasn’t crazy fast or anything but it got here in a normal amount of time. For what I paid, I’m happy with it, I’d probly order again

I’m sensitive to stuff, so it might just be me, but it’s still frustrating when it feels like the goalposts keep moving with supplements, one thing says it’s gentle, then your body has other plans

I got my tracking email after about a day and was able to follow the order easily. The delivery showed up on time, so that part was fine. I just wish the updates came through faster, because while I was waiting it kind of felt like no one was paying attention or keeping me in the loop...

I gave it 4 stars because the dosage instructions were clear, which I really appreciated. Sometimes you go on these sites and it feels like you have to click around forever just to figure out how much to take or when to take it, but here it was easy enough to find and follow. Not really confusing at all. I did kind of wish a few of the product pages had a little more detail, just because I like knowing exactly what I’m looking at, but overall it was a smooth experience...

I had to exchange my order from thehealthwaystore.com because I managed to pick the wrong size, which was obviously on me. It took a couple days for them to get back to me, so not exactly lightning-fast customer service, but they did sort it out once they replied. The return instructions were clear enough, and they sent the replacement without making it a whole ordeal, thankfully. Not the fastest process in the world, but it was fine overall and I’d probably order from them again

My order arrived okay , but a few things tasted a little stale . The dates were still fine , but overall the freshness just wasn’t great . It wasn’t terrible or anything , I just expected a bit better for the price .

I’ve been ordering from them for years now, i’ve never had any problems. It’s just reassuring to know I can place an order and not have to worry about it.

The box showed up with a noticeable dent, so the packaging was just okay in my opinion. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I was expecting it to arrive in better shape.
